Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical issues that prevent successful submission or participation.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• If a participant fails to submit their Photographs by the deadline.
• If we detect unfair practices, such as submitting fake  or stolen Photographs. Any participant found engaging in such practices will be disqualified without notice and is not eligible for a refund.
• If a participant is dissatisfied with the judging results, a refund will not be issued.
